When will my order ship?
Preparation normally takes 1–2 business days, followed by an estimated 4–6 business days in transit.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. Defective and non-defective returns and exchanges are accepted when requested within 30 days after delivery. Mail returns with the free prepaid label included in the package; no restocking fee applies. A non-defective item must be new, unused, and in original condition with packaging and accessories.
When is an approved refund issued?
We process and initiate it to the original payment method within 10 days after approval; banks may take longer to post it.
Which card networks are displayed?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, and Maestro card marks appear in the footer; eligibility is determined at checkout.
