Shipping and delivery
We prepare accepted orders in 1–2 business days. After dispatch, estimated transit is 4–6 business days. Checkout determines the destination, service, charge, and any shipping offer available for the cart; carrier timing is an estimate.
Provide a complete recipient name, street and unit information, city, region, postal code, email, and phone number. Tracking is sent when available. For a delayed, lost, damaged, or delivered-but-missing parcel, email orazudini515@gmail.com with the order number, tracking details, and photos when useful.
