Returns, exchanges, and refunds
We accept returns of both defective and non-defective merchandise, and we accept exchanges. Request a return within 30 days after delivery. Returned merchandise must be new; a non-defective item must also be unused, in original condition, and include its original packaging, labels, and accessories.
Returns are sent by mail. A free prepaid return label is included in the package, and there is no restocking fee. Email orazudini515@gmail.com for approval before mailing; after approval, we provide the correct return instructions. Exchanges depend on available replacement inventory.
Include the order number, checkout email, and requested resolution. For damage, defect, missing parts, or incorrect merchandise, send helpful photos or video. After approval, we process and initiate the refund to the original payment method within 10 days. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
