Defective and non-defective returns, as well as exchanges, are accepted under the Refund Policy. Requests are due within 30 days after delivery. Returns go by mail with the free prepaid label included in the package, no restocking fee applies, and approved refunds are processed and initiated to the original payment method within 10 days.
